EMAIL SAFELIST INFORMATION

For you to receive our emails, our email addresses need to be in your 'safelist'.
Please perform the following steps when logged-into your present email account:
1. Check bulk / spam folder. If there is an email from us that is in there, please mark this email as a valid email i.e. NOT SPAM.
2. Add our email addresses to your address book i.e. the list of contact addresses or 'safelist' or 'whitelist'.
3. Ensure that our email addresses are NOT in your 'blocked address' list nor your 'black list'.
4. Create a filter to direct our emails (i.e. from our email addresses) to your Inbox.
If the above steps do not work, please consider using a free email account from www.gmail.com . Login to your gmail account and repeat the above steps with your gmail account. After this has been done, subscribe / submit again, this time using the gmail account as the email address for us to communicate with you.
Based on experience, our subscribers with gmail accounts have been able to successfully receive our emails.
